Hi and welcome to the forum. Might have to get the rotor sorted before you can locate the ticking sound and any other wobbles. Always difficult trying to fihure out more than one problem at a time in the same area. can you get the rotor faced or do you need to replace it?

G'Day mate and welcome. Definitely get that rotor sorted, not something you want to leave alone. THe noise may be the disc pad that is worn too far down now - but get it in and done asap, with brakes they are yours & others life savers

Hi Mate
Get your self some slotted rotors (do both), new pads, new brake fluid, bleed all brakes till new fluid
check wheel bearings whilst apart
then see how it goes then you will be able to ask your next question if wobble persists
regards
Joe

G'day mate welcome aboard.
The Patrol death wobbles can be caused by many of the suspension components when worn
Have a look through the forums there's heaps of info mate
