Why Would putting a new exhaust system inc extractors cause my air filter light come on I went and got a new filter and it helped it only comes on now under full throttle

Do you have a snorkel? Check for blockages on your intake side in the inner guard or snorkel.

Your engine is now breathing better
That means the differential pressure is higher across the filter so the pressure switch thinks the filter is partially blocked.
It only takes a very nominal rise in the pressure to trip the sensor (I simply blocked mine off)

Yep, mine did it on my TB42E after I did the exhaust too, at high revs.
On my TD42 I have blanked it like the evil twin has done.
