My manual shows for TB 4.5 E (ALL count from front)
Facing front, RHS OUTSIDE rocker cover space, from front 19, 11, 3, 5, 13, 21
RHS inside rocker cover space 15, 7, 1, 9, 17
On center line 24, 16, 8, 2, 10, 18
LHS inside rocker cover 20, 12, 4, 6, 14, 22
Two at the ends Front 23, Back 26
Hope this helps--all numbers are there

Added information:
Tighten all studs to 29 NM, then to 63 NM. Now loosen all studs.
Second iteration tighten all to 29 NM, then to 69 NM ( or tighten 72 degrees)

Thank you Dr Gary. Info very helpful.
Any body out there come across the following problem: -
Originally we had water in oil, engine puffing steam from exhaust and running rough..
Took head to local engine rebuilder for testing, came back ok, no cracks so got the valve seats ground and the head skimmed.
Put it all back together: still getting water in oil. Engine running like a clock.
Tested oil cooler for leaks could not see any but bypassed it just to be sure.
Still getting water in oil.
Any suggestions, Ideas, Used engines in the Central Qld area? because it looks like it may have to have a heart transplant.

There have been cases with the TB45E where cavitation in the water pump has eaten through the timing cover.
