My ute has a very slight tick at idle and it's annoying the piss out of me. I've done the tappets twice and it has made no difference. The EGR is blocked at the manifold end.
I'm not expecting a diagnosis here but what other things there could be making a tick? Just to give me some things to look for. I've been told that the EGR pipes can develop cracks?
