In a general sense, not really. What most do is get a cheap UHF antenna and swap the plug out with standard stereo antenna plug, should be able to get them at any stereo place or good auto parts stores

Go to your local 4x4 shop and ask for a CB/FM antenna,I had one for years for the very same reason.

Just use a UHF connector to join them
Place the antenna near the uprights [cato straps] on your bull bar
or you'll still be breaking it off,,, if its near the front corners

Yes you can get decent whip style fm/am radio antennas from auto stores etc. I got mine from the local opposite lock dealer (also car audio specialist)

I have been looking and thinking of ordering from those guys. I put a temp crappy one on for now and that has made me lazy (and also avoiding the cost), but it is useless as soon as you head out of town.

I saw Sooty's on one trip, but I couldn't find one when I looked at 3 different places here in Ballarat. Now he has mentioned it, might drop by Opposite Lock here and check.

They are some good prices.
Nothing worse than no music.
