Pics from a Ravenshoe - Herberton drive NTH QLD

Just got back from a two day drive through some interesting NQ bushland only a couple of hours out of Cairns and thought I'd share a few pics. Quality is low as I am a shite shutter man and only had the phone camera with me. The track follows the power lines and is very steep in places. The photos don't show it well but low-range 1st gear got quite a work out.

Chased this fella away right on dusk, but he was back in the morning and was really quite tame. Found out later that he is semi-wild, and was brought up from a pup by a local who lives only a short distance from where we were camped. He still runs wild but comes and goes from their house at will.
