i would just like to know if the bar that connects the sway bars just behind the diff is called a driving arm, if not can someone please fill me in to the actual name of this piece please

sorry for the edit, just reread the post and not sure whether you are you referring to the sway bar connecting rods (go from swway bay/stabiliser to chassis) or the panhard rods (goes from axle housing to chassis).

Drag link is in front of the front diff and connects the steering box pitman arm to the LH steering knuckle.
Tie rod is behind the front diff and connects the left and right hand steering knuckles.
Sway bar link pins connect the ends of the sway bar to the chassis.

thanks tony it was the tie rod that i bent,. bent it on a little tree stump that i didn't seee trying to get around a rut a pretty much bent it past the diff some how. Thanks mate
