RB30 vs TB42 distributor conversion

Hi, can anybody confirm if the rb30efi distributor is the same length from a TB42? I am looking at converting mt tb42 carb to efi, using a modified TD42 intake manifold with injectors and a Throttle body fitted, fit a rb30 efi distributor and vital sensors,efi pump ect and getting it to run on a Microtec rb30 ecu, could anybody see any issues i could run into? cheers

I would say save yourself a lot of grief and find a tb efi

Yeah, but i wasnt asking that question. i have all the Rb30 ET accesories, and work at an engineering workshop so its no problem to do the mods.and also cant afford the extreme price still asked for the efi TB.
