A hick question is the 3lit in a 2008 a common rail or not please I've been getting opposing answers. Thanks all.

Yep, CRD started in 2007 so yours would definetly be a CRD

The CRD has a black engine cover, as opposed to the silver one on the Di ....

2008 is definitely CRD, but this is another way to confirm
