Hi guys didnt know that i had to introduce myself to the forum so sorry about that :)
Anyway i live in adelaide and ive been looking to buy a nissan patrol gu 2006 onwards 3L for 2 years now but in my search ive found that they run a different intercooler cover or something (i have no idea if why but id live to know the difference) i dnt know much about cars so thats why i thaught id join a forum plus its good to have advice from other people that have patrols or/and have experianced problems or anything like that :)

Welcome aboard mate. 2006 the wheezing 3ltrs were direction injection, some point in 2007 the changed to CRD (common rail diesel)

So whats the differnce between crd and direct injection?

Hi Filipp, welcome to the forum mate, crd are more reliable than the Di and are not so prone to problems although there are a lot of Di's that have big Klm's on them.
