do i need to retune my Diesel if changing exhaust

Quickie.

Installing a new straight through exhaust on my Gu 3.0 with cat converter but no mufflers. will I need to retune my engine

There really isn't anything you can tune on the 3.0l.
If you have a dawes and needle valve you might have to adjust those a little.
