Just after 8.30 the internet falls over on all machines.
Call the SP. "there has been a problem that is preventing some customers from getting service", the recording says, "if you still want to speak to a consultant please wait for 1 hour or you can request a call back." I request a call back.
Two hours later I get a call back. Whats the problem? "Our technicians have not given us a resolution at this time and we are unable to advise a restoration time"
OK thanks for that.
By the time I have hung up the connection has been restored. It's an electronic miracle.
