Hey guys new on the forum.

We are a 4WD mechanical workshop located in Wellington, New Zealand, we are an ARB, TaipanXP, Cross Country 4x4, Drivetech 4x4 and Steinbauer agent. We work on many Nissan Patrol/Safaris from old to new and we hope we can help and be helped! :1087:

We race a 1990 Nissan Patrol that started life as a SWB before becoming a MWB running a Magna-charged LS1 engine producing 480kw through a 4L80e transmission that is selected through a wireless paddle shift on the steering wheel. It runs full Radflo coil over suspension, hydraulic bumpstops and triple bypass shock absorbers all round. It races in the open class, class 8 in New Zealand offroad racing and is sponsored by Mickey Thompson tyres.

Our workshop "hack" is a 2001 Nissan Patrol LWB that started life as a TB45e before we re-powered it with a LQ9 (cast iron block LS2) from a 2005 Cadillac Escalade running a 4l80e transmission also. ARB front bullbar and Warn 8274 high mount winch. Lightforce 240 blitz HID spots and a 3" Old Man Emu suspension kit with Fox remote res. front shock absorbers.
