Hi all,

Im Dennis and soon a GU8 3.0ST owner.
I have been driving a Nissan Pathfinder TI but need more space and more a workhorse than a beauty queen.

Its my first Patrol and hope to be a happy driver.
I heard a lot of stories about the 3.0 engine but lets hope i'm lucky.

Its a dealer owned with very low KM and always dealer serviced.

It comes with a bullbar tinted windows and navigation.

Quick to do Wish list.
Bigger tyres not sure what to choose hope to get some advise here.
2 inch lift not yet sure what brand i had OME under the Pathy but got softer and softer and lost height so no OME for me.
Dual battery setup.

Later wish list.
Rear bar with wheel carrier.
Rock sliders.
Roofrack and awning.

Best regards Dennis

Welcome aboard Dennis. Regarding tyre and suspension choice, you'll get a fairly broad response, basically down to personal preference....... But I can say, I've got OMEs in my old clunker and never had an issue.

Welcome mate, surely the best forum on the net. If you need it, you can get it, if you want to know it, just ask it.
If you want to find it, go to the search bar for a universe of information.
Enjoy the sights and sounds of the greatest show on earth.

Welcome Dennis,

I have always had a pretty good run with OME in the Patrols, even though I haven't necessarily used them in the last few Patrols....

What year is your Patrol?

Thanks all,

I hope to enjoy the 2013 Trol till it reaches 250k and than double up.
With the suspension its indeed a personal thing but i would preffer just a bit better onroad performance than offroad.
I wish (like all of ya) we could play in the sand and mud all day long, day in and day out.
