Buying a second hand patrol need some advice

Hi,

I'm looking at picking up a second hand 2000 patrol GU II ST with 260,000km on the clock. I've given it the check over and it still needs a road worthy before I get it, but I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on them e.i. Is this a good model? what are some of the major issues that can lead to forking out $$$ for this particular model?

He's asking $13,000 for it as well, I know this probably isn't the right section but is that a reasonable price?

Which motor does it have in it, are there any mods on the vehicle?

Doubt it's a td42 for that price. It would be 20k minimum I reckon...
