Stuffed the swivels rebuild. Help needed.

Ok now to start. I redid the swivel hubs, bearings etc. When I first put it back together I did not have the tool to torque up the bearings right. Came loose started squealing. When I took it apart again it had scored the knuckle spindle. I ordered two more as the Nissan pirates wanted $550 each. Got them today put them on torqued everything to spec. Everything went back together fine and everything felt smooth. Took it for a drive and can still hear a slight noise but nothing like before. I also had to take off a small amount of the rubber casing around the ABS sensor to fit and now the ABS light is on. I am about to give up! Any ideas?

Hmmmm? Bugger. Can't help you with the ABS mate sorry. Did your I enough grease? Did you torque up the Wheel Bearings to spec.

Could the squeal possibly be from the brakes?

Heaps of grease packed in the bearings. All torqued to spec now. Squeal was it biting in to the spindles. New ones on now. It is heaps quieter now but I know if I don't find what is wrong it will cost me more later on.

You may need to clear the fault code from the system, if you had the keys on whilst you disconnected ABS Sensors..

I couldn't work out how to take the sensor off so I left them on.
