Hey fellas,
any one know if the exhaust is similar on a carby TB42 to a TB42E? I know the cat would be different. But wondering if the rest of the system is the same.
Thanks
Mark

The efi has a thread for the oxygen sensor but can be blocked off for the carb model... if you are fitting a carb model exhaust to efi you need to drill and put a thread in for the sensor.

Jonathan mine never had a sensor in it?
Other than the cat and what Bloodyaussie has said, they should be the same.

AFAIK if you have old school vapour LPG system then it won't use an O2 sensor.
If you have no O2 sensor when on Petrol then the ECU will stay in open loop because it has no sensor to try and maintain the correct fueling ratio.
It will def increase the fuel useage but should also illuminate the CEL
