GU ZD30 Oil filter cover.

Hi, wonder if anyone can give me some advice on undoing the oil filter cover. I have a long handle socket driver, and have sprayed the housing with CRC, but pulling anti clockwise will not release it, and believe me, I'm using some pressure. I'm going to go postal on it if it doesn't come off shortly, thanks.

Surely must be over tightend put your breaker bar on with an extension on it
should not be that tight i do mine up just firm and never had any trouble
yours might have coped a ding in it and out of round good luck with it

and replace the rubber seal every change

Thanks, did that, and it finally came. Supposed to be 20ft/lbs, must have been 120.
