has anyone fitted them to their gu. im after some info on fitting the drivers side, as in moving the fuel and brake lines

Yeah MudRunnerTD fitted one to his but I think it was the single piece version that's used on utes....... Pretty sure you don't need to move fuel and brake lines to fit....... Parksy also fitted a full bolt on kit to his GQ, would be fitted in exactly the same way as a gu

Yep have fitted this to my gq wagon. The fuel/brake lines will need to be gently bent to clear them from the brace. The little plastic clip that holds all the lines is useful as this can be used to keep the lines from chaffing on the brace.

definitely have to lift them to slide plate under them but there is a bolt to move which is hard ass

Better off buying the Boss one, easy to fit and no moving anything.

Unless you have a body lift or a ute to fit the flat brace you would have to get the superior tower brace that bolts on under the tower as you won't have room for the other one, unless the boss kit was half the price I'd be sticking with the superior one.

yes I have the superior one already and I have fitted the near side but the off side is a pita ill have to do it in a couple weeks now.
