Not sure it can be but any suggestions would be appreciated.

I wonder if they sell spares, it might be cheaper to just replace the head bit...might give them a call

Hmm bugger, Only hose and air filter available as spare part. It has 5 year warranty tho and its only 4...LOL Worth a try:)

Leave it with me I think there is the same model
at TJM Coburg that has be replaced through a warranty claim.
what ever you do don't throw it away please, wait till I get a reply

I'm not a welder, so this is why I'm asking........... If the material is cast aluminium, can that be re-welded, or in fact and cast product for that matter?

Only if its weldable. It would be more effort to try fix it then it would be to get a new one. Unless you were a pro on the tig.

Absolutely weldable.
Just how is your question.
You can get cast alloy rods if a stick welder if your only option.
Or throw it to a mate with a tight welder. Should be able to help you out.

But yes. Try for warranty first.
State it just fell off.

Too slow on the email so just rang them and its there , I have the Doctors in the morning
after that I'll go and un bolt the head off the other one. will need your postage details via PM please

With TDs contacts at TJM I thought this might be a goer...he's helped me out with TJM stuff before...but yeah I was hoping they had something as I can't get a new one right now

I was gonna say get some Devcon onto that if everything else fails. Unbelievably strong it is.

There you go Kris I'll post it off tomorrow, I told them
instead of two broken compressors they now have one and a happy customer as well
