Need to check if the heater matrix hoses are in factory locations.Maybe you have a pic with them?There are 3 locations on that side of engine hoses can be put:
1.Cylinder head
2.Metal tube coming from back of the wp
3.Block
2 are for heater matrix and one for oil cooler.
