Hey all

I've recently installed new rotors and pads onto the front of the gq and the passenger side rotor is hard against the brake pad, causing it to get hot when driving. The caliper Pistons were pushed all the way home, but it isn't the inside pad that's rubbing, but the outside one. Slides have been greased and are in good shape.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Andy

Have you put the right shim and/ or shim cover behind the pad that is rubbing?

I did at first. Then removed it and it still is tight. I also lied about the slides being lubed. I checked the offending caliper and one of the pins was dry as. Only rebuilt them 12 months ago. But this did help a little.
