Engine coolant flush.

Hey guys. On the weekend I am planing to do a engine coolant flush on my 05 zd30di.
Can anyone recommend a good engine coolant flush?

I also keep reading that I should use nissan coolant. Could I use the penrite coolant instead of the nissan coolant?

Hi mate, I did my Gu same year and motor with Penrite green. No problems at all. I am a bit biased as I have always used Penrite products and never had an issue.
