Glad to find another forum with passionate owners like i had for long time on other of my loves(i5 2.2l 20v turbo audi engine on any quattro body)
My car is 1991 lwb patrol engine rd28t.
Now in progress of engine rebuilding.Bores 0.05 mm out of round,new sleeves,new rings,new piston pin bushing etc etc.

Thx all!
Will post pics with engine rebuild and parts used in another thread.Things going well,want to do this to be strong engine so sleeved the bores,honed,new rings,new injectors,gasket kit,head redone etc etc.The biggest problem i have is i do not know factory spec for setting injection pump timing with the dial gauge.For the 4.2 i found it,it is 0.74 mm with engine at tdc.But for rd28t can not find correct data.
