been a lot quiet lately, i hope he is busy with helping others and his health is ok.

He's going really well, busy with his kids, one swims like a fish so early morning trips to the pool. His Woopi Coffee Club is going gangbusters, each meet up he meets more veterans he can help. When I last spoke he was fit as, and flat out like a lizard drinking!!! He is so positive, amazing bloke.

Caught up with Paul today and macca has summed up his situation perfectly. Amazing how his health has progressed and he's in a good mindset, keeping very busy (and getting fit).
He'll be on here soon, just has so much on at the moment.
