Hello everyone, hope someone can help me out here...

I have a Patrol 2003MY ZD30DDTI engine with a no starting problem, there is no fuel pressure reaching the injectors and the fault "P0073 P3-PUMP COMM LINE" is stored in the engine module, after doing a little research it seems to be a blown transistor in the high pressure fuel pump, I checked and there is continuity between the module and the pump. Is there a way to confirm is not a faulty ECU? Anyways I need to remove this pump in order the check it out and discard it...

So I need the correct procedure to remove this pump (Nissan #16700VG100), has anyone else experienced this problem in the past?
Many thanks!!!
