Hi guys

Looking on eBay for a cheap head unit to replace the dock double din unit.

Came across this one which seems ridiculously cheap and I'm keen to know if it's worth giving it a go.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/181571086678

At $24.88 it's hard to believe it will be any good but claims to do a lot.

Thoughts?

Cheers

for that money I would just give it a go..not much to loose..but wonder if its real..or a bit like the 30.00 53" LED bars that were for sale a while ago//might be a scam

That is insanely cheap... I'm thinking about giving it a go at that price.

If you Pay with PayPal you are protected if it does not arrive or is mis-represented

Having a look at their eBay feedback, it's all for $0.50 - $2.00 items about 12 months ago, seems a little dodgy. But as Bob said, you're protected with PayPal.. that and it is only $25, I think I'll roll the dice.

After seeing the internals of some of this chinese kit, I'd take the risk but would wire it up in the shed for a test drive and to make sure the smoke stays where it should before putting it in the gu. You can get bargins, and sometimes you get what you paid for.

I'm going to give it a go.

So it turns out that it was too good to be true...

We're writing to let you know that we've removed an item you recently won:*

Since you've already paid for the item, you don't need to do anything else. If your item hasn't arrived yet, it should arrive soon. If it doesn't, then you'll want to open a case in our Resolution Centre. You can learn how to do this, plus find timelines for opening cases, at:
