Introducing myself

Hi folks

I'm an old fourwheel driver who's had a few 4x4s

I've owned a couple of Nissans bought both new in 77 and again in about 83-84

Had a few Toyotas (hope that's not a bad word around here)

Looking at buying a GQ diesel, or similar at the moment, does the model have any inherent weaknesses a stranger should look for?

I'm looking for a GQ with a 4.2 diesel - prefer low mileage - I'm wanting it as the base for a kit car conversion - Rhino Buggies - will look at anything - I'm in the Brisbane area
