Hi my name is Rex, im from Perth and I have a 2003 patrol that I have had for a few years.

Joined up after searching for engine warning light issues/fixes, light came on today (replaced the fuel filter this afternoon, cleaned the MAF sensor, still on :smileyvault-cute-bi)

Have found some good info here so far, have also pm'd mudski about the Dawes valve kit.

welcome matey..great forum we have here so enjoy..and also a big hello cause your from WA..there a few of around .....did ya try and disconnect ya battery for a bit to see if that fixes the light.

Ok so I drove to work this morning and no light, then I had to drive another half an hour or so and no light, weird!
Will see how it goes over the weekend.
I also unplugged the auto trans plug on the firewall and it has made a slight difference in the shifts, I will head to Jaycar later on and get a couple of resistors to try.
