When I first bought my patrol, I was still not up to servicing it myself, so in order to keep everything going I was heading for the local dealer where I bought it. All went well except that they continually overfilled the oil, and the complimentary car wash after usually made the truck look worse. Last service I was given a letter afterwards with the following remmendations;
BRAKE FLUID FLUSH $141. DRAIN AND REPLACE COOLANT $250. FRONT PADS AT 3mm REQUIRES PADS AND DISC MACHINE. RECOMMEND FUEL INJECTOR SERVICE $333.
So far I have flushed the brake fluid and replaced it with new fluid cost $122 but I now have a vacuum pump ($107). While I was doing the flush I replaced the front pads. Still 40% good in my opinion. Discs were perfect and did not require machining. I hav now just drained and replaced the coolant. Total cost was one hour of my time and $61.53 for good quality coolant.
I don't think Ill worry about the injector service at the moment.

they certainly know how to charge.
but I think most service items can be done at home with a few tools
