Heater control lighing.

Bit of a longshot, as I dunno if your patrols are like ours, but here goes.

The digital display that controls the heater and ventilation system on my car does not light up at night, I have to fumble about to adjust the fan for example. Is this the norm or is there something wrong with my bus?

Maybe just the LCD back light has died
