ZD30 Aussie version wiring diagram

Hi there,
I recently bought 04 GU III with ZD30 engine. The idle rpm on tacho is 400 rpm and engine idle a bit rough. I have been going around circle and getting no where . The Y61 manual that I have is different to Aussie version, I can not download Aussie version from this site as forum rule does not permit.

Here is what I have done so far:
Idle rpm on tacho 400 rpm on ECUTalk shows 750 rpm
Terminal 32 on ECM has voltage 24v, 12 when pedal is depressed/released as suppose to12 and 0v

Terminal 31, 13v as suppose to 0v

MAF terminal three 3.5v as suppose to 0v

I have seen similar problem on other forum with no resolution, any thought where the problem might be?

Anyone has wiring diagram that can send me copy?

I would start by checking your voltmeter. You shouldn't have 24 volts in a 12 volt system. Try connecting you voltmeter across the vehicle's battery, whats the reading?. When was the last time you replaced the battery in the voltmeter?
