Does this happen to other Patrols? The mud splash gets up between the door and the frame on the back doors. It doesn't get past the seal, but it gets things darn dirty and we are constantly brushing up against it. Since we drive the Patrol daily and take the kids to and from school, I constantly have mud marks on my pants. When it dries out here in a month we'll trade the mud marks for dust marks, so I want to find some kind of solution. THe gap is pretty big, probably 3-4 cm. I know of some closed cell foam that we use on experimental aircraft to seal the doors that I am thinking of using, but does anyone else have some better ideas? IS there a stock solution that's missing on my Patrol?

No no solution sorry. I wash this section when I wash the car. Open the door and hose it off.

Same as mr, but the foam sounds like a good idea.
I'd leave the bottom bit open incase it wants to trap water in and when you open the door immediately after a bog/ water crossing could come in the car ?

Yes same same for me, I open all the doors and wash in there every time I wash it to stop the clothes getting dirty and also as mines white I don't want it to stain the paint.
