Hi all,

I have a pair of RooLite spotties fitted to my GQ that used to work. Unfortunately now they don't and I am hoping someone may be able to help troubleshoot so I can work out if the Spotties are fucked or if its a wiring issue somewhere.

There is a switch in the cab which switches on/off, this enables them to be on when on high beam and off when not on high beam or off completely. There is a relay under the bonnet which has been changed as has the switch.

Turns out part of the problem was the headlight stalk on the steering wheel as the lh headlight would not work on high beam at all. After replacing the headlight stalk the high beam now works.

My troubleshooting steps so far have been

- replace relay
- replace switch
- replace headlight stalk

I have a multimeter what is the best test I can do to work out where the issue is?

Cheers
Fish

Have you run power directly to the lights them selves. .

Start there and work backwards.

The lights both work ran a + and - wire from the battery and both powered on, think it might have something to do with a relay I found but can't identify or find information on.
