Scouring through old photos and found these. Have more but these are the best quality as I had to scan the photos. Yes kiddies, back in my day there was no such thing as digital... lol. Now all you older, than me, blokes. I don't want to hear it...
I would seriously give my left nut to have this car back again. Was is one and only true love. These pics from around 1994 are pre 2inch body lift and 2inch spring lift and I also put on some 16inch black sunnies, no such thing back then I had to get them painted, and she wore 33inch BFG's. It was an Aniversary Edition, so it had the steel back roof, not the usual white fibre glass, NO vinyl in this old girl, she was fully trimmed. Also Genuine Nissan suspension seats...

My old girlfriend had a Morris 1100 and she thought it was normal to mount the foot path when cornering.... it was terrifying !!!!

As a kid we had the Morris Minor back in 1976-78

I learned to drive in a Morris Minor convertible.
Went out with a girl called Marina who had a Morris Marina.
First car I owned was an Austin Cambridge, which was a badge engineered Morris Oxford (like a Maverick is to a Patrol).

The first car i drove was a 1948 Morris Minor with an 850 side valve motor, possible one of the most gutless cars ever made but i would love to have it now.
I remember my mum dropping me and my brother at a friends house in the Morrie and there was a steep dirt road on the way and we had to get out of the car while she drove up the hill as it would not make it with the extra weight.

Kuhmo's where shite. Hence moving to KM1's. I remember being laughed at from ARB Thomastown because I had my rims powder coated black.

You were so far ahead of the times. :) Young boys at work are wondering why I have painted the steel rims on the Jack black yet.

It's a nice looking rig, especially in context of when you had it.

Up at Calder raceway one year a guy in a Morrie 850 lined up against me at the Xmas tree to drag race, first, then second I had the edge then his Morrie started to splutter I quick glance noticed water flowing over his windscreen, third , forth I've got him change into 5th and tuck in to the line VROOooom he beat me, Dab Nabit. Rode around to collect my ticket.
12.2sec and 125MPH not bad for a 900 Honda oh the Morrie got 11.7, why you ask, You see he had a 454 nitros oxide shoehorned into the morrie,
The motor was in the cabin but a very quick car Ha Ha
The fluid on the windscreen was fuel he flooded it
