Need help please got a gu 3.0 diesel manual have services it but it's got no power the thing on side of turbo works it goes up and down when you stall it up

Welcome to the forum mate, first check all your vacuum hoses, then clean your Maf sensor.

first check all your hoses to the turbo that they are connected and not split

What year is your GU?
First do as suggested check all the small vacuum hoses for splits.
they may have even just fallen off
