Hey how are you all doing? My Vapourtrol as I like to call her{Patrol} is blowing gray white smoke. She is RX Tubo diesel 1997 model. Only other symptoms are every now and then she need topping up with water. Probally one a month.
There does not appear to be water in the engine oil. We seem to have to be loosening and tightening the bleed screw in the radiator hose alot to stop her from heating up. Mainly first start in the morning she blows out heaps of smoke and then it settles down. More so in winter. Any suggestion on what might be going on here.

Hey thats sounds about right.... Each time I start her I have to glow and the light and click noise take a while and then i start her and she runs chuggy so I glow her again and she's all good. I might go get me some new glow plugs... Thanks for that, I have been needing to replace the glow plugs, so now I will sort 2 problems out. THanks
