G'day everybody.
Stuffed up I would be thinking. Measured in between the chassis rail but didn't think about the winch obviously longer on one side. Are all bull bars the same with where the winch bolts on in the centre? If it was off centre by about 20mm it would fit piece of cake. I may be able to lift up just above the rails but the rope would be coming through hawse from centre of winch if that makes sense. The question being should I look at another bar? I was looking at getting another one down the track as it has a little bit of cancer in spots behind.
Any help would be good.

Hi Fellas,
Factory bar. Bought a Runva 9500 Q. From winch hole centre to chassis rail is 190mm on longer side on the bar. I need about 200mm 205mm. I am deadset filthy with myself for not checking better.

I put a warn xd9000 with 6hp upgrade (same as 9.5xp) into my factory winch bar, it has the same clearance issues your facing. To fit mine I removed the winch plate and moved it over 15mm then re-welded it back in place. Problem fixed, and you can't even tell that it has really been moved over.

Was going to look at re-welding in to a different spot but the old bar was starting to rust so just ordered a new XROX bar that they have guaranteed to fit. Fingers crossed it fits.
