cam belt

Just been looking through the owners manual for my zd30 and it says to replace the "cam belt" at 100k's.
I thought the zd30 had a chain.
Am I wrong or is there a belt that needs changing?
Is there any particular maintenance needed in this area at 100k's?

ZD30 has a timing chain.
The owners manual is generic to all drivelines so that part will be referring to RD28 engines.
