Hi fellas just joined, at the moment I have a 400 chev in a gq ute.
I have seen a lot of forum talk about the LS series of engines, while I know they have plenty of bark, my main question is about their torque.
Do they have plenty of low down grunt..my 400 does, it'll chugg away along tracks with little need for gear changes.
The main reason for considering the ls engines is, they will be far more efficient than the old 400, I use about 68 liters of gas for 230ks, I know the LS series will do better than that....just need to hear how they act down low.
Many thanks Rob.
