Got these off the army web site. Might be of some help.....might have to google them to get the links active.

Ecouch - Self help information and exercises to assist with depression and anxiety

This way up - Self help courses for depression and anxiety based on cognitive behaviour therapy and other resources.

ReachOut.com (for a range of topics), Mood Disorders (for depression) - Fact sheets, stories and videos on a wide range of mental health and wellbeing topics including depression. Aimed at a youth to young adult audience but applicable to all.

Smiling Mind - Modern meditation and mindfulness. Aimed at a youth to young adult audience but applicable to all.

My daughter studies psychology at uni. She was born in the right family for case studies :)
