Indicator Lights

Hooked up a trailer today which must have had a short in the electrics. Stuffed my indicators. All other lights and gauges are working but indicator lights are dead. Checked inside fuse which is OK. Where do I look now? Could I have blown the flasher unit? Any hints appreciated. Thanks

Did you check the fuses under the bonnet?

Do the hazard lights work?. They use the same flasher unit as the indicators.

Did you try using the hazard lights when the trailer was connected?. If so, you more then likely have have blown the hazard fuse (fuse box under the bonnet as snicko mentioned).
