Limp Mode

My 2011 crd keeps going into limp mode Fault code is po234. This started after 3" exhaust was fitted. I have a boost controller installed and have tried changing boost down as low as 12psi and it has made no difference. It is worse towing. If I keep moving the loud pedal, it won't happen. Any ideas.

Hey Kev ol mate, how they hangin. What is this you speak? " Turbo actuator screw"???? No I haven't blocked the egr.
