The NSW RMS apparently is looking into caravan price structure as the cost compared to other states is very expensive.
Its a basic cost at the moment, same as any vehicle a "weight tax".
But reading article it seems a change to a standard figure of x amount + $$ per kg of van.
Any way there is a RMS web page with more info and a survey to go along with it.
Guess they are looking for feedback from the community.
So here's a chance to drive a price down "maybe".
