Hi guys,
Can anyone recommend an affordable multimeter for auto use with a minimum rpm?

I was told the UT61E was ok but can't see how you would measure RPM?
Thanks

This is what I use at home, pretty good for the price and does everything I need it for. I've had it for about 10 years and it still works a treat.

I use this one at work, fairly pricey but IMO the best automotive you can get probably a bit of overkill for home use.

Thanks - that DSE one doesn't look too bad and comes with induction clamp. All the others albeit cheaper do not include one. Their manuals say to pick up off the coil input or for DIS to connect to Tachometer output. I'm curious, do modern EFI DIS vehicles have a tacho output readily accessible?
