zexel pump plunger remove or reset

Hello. made a mistake by hitting the pump plunger too much.. how can i remove and reset it back up.. or is too much presser is too much..:eck05:

your site doesn't tell us much about you or your wheels. A few more details may help.
What model have you got?? Petrol or proper (diesel) ??
Did you try the 256 man's suggestion? Any luck?
Had a 42d for years and never had a problem with the manual pump on the fuel filter. When you pushed it too much/too often all you got was wasted fuel flooding out.
Haven't had trouble with the 3.0crd either.

probably just a case of the mail taking a long time to get that far do you reckon?
