2011 GU7 ST manual wagon diff and gearbox oils

G'day guys, have searched the forums on this one with no luck so here goes...

Doing my first front/rear diff and gearbox oil change before heading off to the Cape for 6 weeks.The Nissan dealership here is as useful as dick flavoured lollypops at a lesbian convention and I do not trust them one ounce....(excuse the french but I can think of no other way to describe them).

Specific info I am looking for assistance with the 2011 model:

*front diff capacity and oil to use
*rear diff capacity and oil to use (factory LSD)
*gearbox capacity and oil to use

I have gone from a HSV GTS to my Patrol so I am still trying to find my feet with the diesels so any help with this will be greatly appreciated....

MANUAL TRANSMISSION
CASTROL MANUAL VMX-M 75W-85
Wide ranging high performance multigrade manual transmission fluid specifically formulated to meet and overcome the problems of cold shift performance as well as meeting the factory fill and service requirements of Mtisubishi manual transmissions and transaxles. For manual transmissions where GL-4 SAE 75W, 75W-80 or 75W-85 are recommended.

4WD TRANSFER
CASTROL TRANSMAX Z

G'day Bruce,
yep, a few details would be good.
I decided to use Caltex Delo 400 engine oil on an older Patrol and have been happy so I went the whole hog with Caltex.
Good info from their chaps on 1300364169 and a lot of info on www.caltex.com.au
