Hey guys
I am planning on doing the intake manifold removal and clean. Are there any special tools I will need to do the removal?
Should I replace the gaskets for the throttle body and intake manifold?
Have you guys got any tips on removing the injector fuel line?
Any tips and help would be awesome
Thanks

If you are not mechanically minded or handy with spanners I suggest not to proceed. If you do I recommend to take photos before each step is undertaken as the amount of little bits and screws will keep you guessing where it goes afterwards.
You don't need to drain coolant as you can leave the EGR valve hanging on coolant lines out of the way but you will have issue with EGR return pipe mounting bracket which fouls the manifold, you'll see what I mean when you get to it.
You will need the manifold gasket as new item the other gaskets can be reused by using sealant on them.
The whole thing is unpleasant job and cleaning the manifold will test your patience. Access to pressure cleaner and about 5 L of petrol will clean it but it is messy affair.
To bleed/purge the injection lines/pipes makes sure you have the battery/ies fully charged before as it will take some cranking to get the engine starting again. To remove/refit the injector lines will take some contortionist movement and there is a sequence to get them out and in.
(I'm simply assuming that yours is non CrD model as with CrDs you will have to replace the injector lines as they will not seal properly once undone.)
Good luck

I am pretty handy with the spanner, I plan to take as many pics as I can every step if the way, that awesome I don't have to drain the coolant. I plan to have a full weekend up my sleeve so I can take my time.

Probably be good to post up a thread with how you did it once your done I reckon. It would be handy for others. I have never done it myself, mainly because I simply don't want too. :D
