Flexy flares

Hey guys looking for some advice on getting the wire through the flexy flares. I've tried using WD40 on it but it just seems to go so far and then stop. Thanks in advance!

I used silicone spray on my old MK years back.

Can you use one of the cans with the straw push it in like a catheter and spray till it comes out the other side?
