Hi all!
Just a quick question about Tyre pressure. For those of you that are running 315/75/16r what pressure do you have them at for normal road use? My Tyres are KM2 if you were wondering I was told 40 PSI by the Tyre mob but the side wall says 50.
Any feed back would be much appreciated.
Cheers Lachy

50 would be maximum. Most lt constructed tyres most often run well at 36/40 psi depending on load you're carrying

It not exactly the same but I run 305s 16" BFG KM2's at 40 psi on the roads. They still bulge a little bit but ride is good.
But I do always wonder if 50 would be any better for economy and ride.

Same here , 40 seems to be the all round sweet spot for KM2s used on a GU wagon.

I only run 38 in my ute. Find 40 to be a touch harsh. They usually float between 36-38.

Mine are approaching 100k so can't be all bad at a slightly lower pressure. They have also only been balanced twice in their lifetime with regular rotation. It's really a testament to how good these Tyres are.

Know that is partially why I bought mine. I guess I should of added that he did say around 40 psi. 38 is fine.
And yes they are great tyres. Plus they look shit hot too.
